13 квітня 2011 року в м. Києві (Академія муніципального управління, вул. Івана Кудрі,33) Інститутом громадянського суспільства (ІГС) спільно з Творчим центром ТЦК було проведено засідання круглого столу «Містобудівна документація в сільських територіях: проблеми правового регулювання». Захід проводився в межах проектної діяльності ІГС за фінансової підтримки Фонду Чарльза Стюарта Мотта.
27 and 28 of February public hearings of scheme of territory planning discussion were conducted in Krohulets village and Hadynkivtsyi village Husyatyn district Ternopil oblast.
January 28 2011 in Krohulets and Hadynkivtsi villages, Husyatyn district, Ternopil oblast two round tables were held. Local farmers, entrepreneurs, government and public representatives discussed economical perspectives, which scheme of territory planning can make possible for those villages. Event was held in the framework of public discussion of scheme of territory planning, which will continue in those communities till the end of February.
25 December 2010 was holding Constituent Assembly for election of Public Counsel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. 165 representatives of civil society institutions were selected to board team.
Palyvoda Lyubov, the president of CCC was also selected to the Public Counsel.
Next edition of report saw the world. Report was designed on a base of annual Ukrainian research of Ukrainian NGOs. Research of State and Dynamics of Civil Society Organization during 2002-2010 was made possible through support provided by the “The Ukraine National Initiatives to Enhance Reform” project. In general 610 NGOs were interviewed. The organizations represent all Ukrainian regions, Autonomy republic Crimea and Kiyv City.
23 December 2010 was holding Constituent Assembly for election of Public Counsel of the Kyiv Oblast Public Administration. From 66 representatives of local civil society institutions, which delegated their representatives for participation in this meeting, were selected 42 persons to board team.
Volodymyr Kuprii, CCC executive director was also selected to the Public Counsel.
There was started servey among service users of Court of Appeal in Ivano-Frankivsk oblast, Ivano-Frankivsk city Court, Kolomyya city Court in Ivano-Frankivsk oblast and Chornobayiv regional Court in Cherkasy oblast. Survey was started 1 December 2010 and will be finished 15 January 2011

More than 100 000 UAH could be never got back to the owners of land plots in Rachnivka village, Dunayivtsy region. The reason of that was the violation of economical rights of village citizens. Consultation support in frames of Community Planning Project helped people to resist the injustice.
У межах проекту «Плануємо громадою» було розроблено схеми планування територій в 4-х громадах-учасниць проекту, а саме с.Крогулець Гусятинського району Тернопільської області, с.Гадинківці Гусятинського району Тернпільської області, с.Миньківці Дунаєвецького району Хмельницької області та с.Петрівка Білгород-Дністровського району Одеської області.

Creative Center gained recognition of participants of First CSR Market Place – an exhibition of companies’ projects. The event was organized by NGO “Centre for csr development" in frames of Project “Designing of national agenda CSR” by UNITER, Pact financial support.
In May 2010, the European Commission published the fourth set of ENP progress reports, on the implementation of the European Neighbourhood Policy in 2009. In preparing these reports, the services of the Commission made use of contributions received from civil society in their specific areas of expertise.
On 25-26 October 2010, the European Commission is organising a high-level Seminar on the Jean Monnet Programme and the Eastern Partnership. It takes place in the framework of the Eastern Partnership's Platform 4 on “Contacts between people”.
Стан залучення громадськості до планування території населених пунктів Тернопільської області був предметом обговорення під час роботи круглого столу на тему: «Планування території на регіональному рівні. Можливості та досвід участі громадськості», який відбувся в місті Тернопіль 28 вересня 2010 року.
In frames of Community Planning Project was finished stage of village planning charts public discussion. There were discussed territory planning documentation of Krohulets village, Husyatyn district, Ternopil oblast, Hudynkivtsy village, Husyatyn district, Ternopil oblast, Mynkivtsi village, Dunaivtsy district, Khmelnytskyi oblast and Petrivka village, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, Odesa oblast.
23 June round table was hold in Liuhansk oblast public administration. There was discussed draft of Government decree “About activities for providing citizens' participation in a process of government policy making”.
February 24 round table “Improving of transparency government mechanisms in Luhansk oblast through cooperation with civil society institutes” was hold in Luhansk. As a result of meeting there were sent 50 propositions to city and oblast government and were received just 4 of official answers from them.
On May28-29, 2010 in Kyiv there was a masterclass with foreign experts sharing the European non-profit organizations experience in advocacy and networking. The action was attended by 46 CSO activists from four regions of Ukraine.

UNDP's Civil Society Development Programme announces a tender to select a partner to administer a small grants scheme in the area of human rights protection.
15 квітня 2010 року розпочато виконання проектів, що отримали грантову підтримку за результатами конкурсу «Ініціативи з громадського моніторингу процесу планування територій громад та використання земельних ресурсів» Проекту «Плануємо громадою». Проекти спрямовані на захист економічних і соціальних прав громадян у процесі планування територій.
On 6 April, 2010, Štefan Füle, European Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighbourhood Policy, addressed delegates of the 37th International Federation of Human Rights Congress, which took place in Erevan (Armenia).
