Governing Boards in CCC

The governing boards are:

  • General Meeting of CCC Members
  • CCC Government
  • CCC President
  • Supervisory Council of CCC

The highest governing body is the General Meeting of CCC Members

General Meeting of CCC Members:

  • is held in case of need but at least once in two calendar years
  • considers and defines the chief directions of CCC activities
  • elect CCC Government
  • confirm charity program of CCC

CCC President

CCC President is elected by the General Meeting of Members from amongst CCC founders.
CCC President represents CCC in relations with public authorities, local autonomous bodies and other organizations and institutions,
Today CCC President is Lyubov PALYVODA, Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration (palyvoda@ccc.kiev.ua)

CCC Government

CCC Government is an executive body of CCC conducting management over current CCC activity. The members of CCC Government fulfill their duties on a voluntary basis.

CCC Government Staff:

  • Halyna Kazachkovska, the Chairman of CCC Government, Candidate of Economic Sciences, the Dean of Management faculty at Azov Regional Management Institute of Zaporizhya National Technical University
  • Andriy Vyshnyak, the teacher of Law Science; the Head of the Government of the Center for Civic Initiatives (Perechyn, Zakarpattya Oblast)
  • Aider Khalilov, legist; the Deputy Head of Bakhchisaray District State Administration.

CCC Directorate

CCC Directorate insures current CCC activities. The staff includes managers and specialists of related directions and projects. CCC Directorate is governed by Executive Director.
Permanent employees and free specialists of the Directorate provide the introduction of CCC projects and programs.
Today the CCC Executive Director is Volodymyr Kupriy, Candidate of Science in Public Administration (kupriy@ccc.kiev.ua).
