Today Anastasia Gernega is engaged in several projects implemented by Creative Center. Anastasia Gernega has experience in grant programs administration; public actions organization; conducting analysis of research results and so on.

Volodymyr Kupriy owns essential experience in state and non-state sectors at governing positions and as a manager, project manager, trainer, consultant, and analytic.
Volodymyr Kupriy has gone through the Interning Programs of London Metropolitan University (2001) and Pima Community College (USA, 1999); International School for Youth Problems Research (Russia, 2002), School for a Young Politician (Kyiv, 1995), and Institute of Science for Youth Problems (Kyiv, 1997).
