THERE WILL BE PRESENTATIONS PERFORMED IN THE DISTRICTS PARTICIPATING IN THE «ПЛАНУЄМО ГРОМАДОЮ» PROJECTTHERE WILL BE PRESENTATIONS PERFORMED IN THE DISTRICTS PARTICIPATING IN THE «ПЛАНУЄМО ГРОМАДОЮ» PROJECT
The Project presentations will be performed in the regions selected for participation in the «Плануємо Громадою» Project.
Participation in the presentations is offered to the heads of district councils, district administrations, officials of village and settlement public authorities from the participating districts as well as community activists and representatives of non-governmental organizations.
The meetings will involve the Project Director Volodymyr Kupriy, Project Manager Roman Shutow, and Regional Work Coordinator Maria Tkachuk. During the presentation they will inform the communities about the Project objectives and specific objectives as well as the opportunities participation in the Project will provide for the rural districts; in addition, they will discuss the plans for the nearest future.
During the implementation of the actions there will be solemn signing of multilateral agreement between districts and the organizations implementing the Project, which will determine the official start of the Project in the selected districts.
It is also expected that during presentations it will be announced about the competition of rural communities for introduction of the initiatives intended to work out town-planning documentation.
The presentations will be performed on:
- October 26, in Gusyatyn, Ternopil Oblast, within the Conference Hall of the Gusyatyn District Public Administration; the action will begin at 12 p.m.;
- October 27, in Dunaivtsi, Khmelnitsky Oblast, within the Session Hall of the Dunaivtsi District Council;
- October 28, in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Odesa Oblast, within the Conference Hall of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi District Public Administration; the action will begin at 10 a.m.
