INFORMATION CONSULTING OFFICES HAVE STARTED WORKING IN THE DISTRICTS PARTICIPATING IN THE «PLANNING BY COMMUNITY» PROJECT

Since November 1, 2009, according to the implementation plan of the «Planning by Community» Project, regional information consulting offices have been opened in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Dunaivtsi and Gusyatyn Districts.

In this information consulting offices the citizens will be able to receive information about how to protect their rights and interests in the field of soil using and distribution as well as professional legal consultations on the following subjects:

1. Settlement of the conflicts concerning economical citizen rights loyalty in the field of land jural relationships during territory planning and using.
2. The mechanisms of public interests consideration referring territory community residents during territory planning and using.
3. Participation and role of the public in the territory planning and using procedures.
4. Access of citizens to regulatory judicial acts of local authorities and local autonomous bodies.
5. Public monitoring of community territory planning and public influence on the decision-making process conducted by local authorities in the field of legal relationships.
6. Advocacy procedure through territory community residents rights protection during territory planning and using, and using of natural resources.
7. Other subjects following from relationships between citizens and local authorities in the field of land jural relationships during territory planning and using.
8. Developing site-planning documents while citizens passing relevant procedures.

Consultations will be provided from Monday till Friday, from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m. Besides, there will be away visiting consultations provided for rural communities of the districts.
