CCC Creative Center exercises activities within the following major directions:

• to support the development of civil society organizations in Ukraine

CCC helps public and charity organizations, population self-governing bodies, different public networks, other non-governmental organizations in their professional development, in their initiatives implementation aimed at positive social changes in the community, state, society; in their potential improvement for strategy goals achievement. Following this mission, CCC conducts trainings, consultations, schools, and seminars for the personnel and activists of non-governmental organizations; provides them with consultative assistance and grant support as well as other methods of backing.

For a long time CCC has been conducting research and evaluation of different aspects of civil society formation and development in Ukraine.

More to the point, CCC represents and protects rights of civil society organizations at different levels of power. Aiming at that, CCC takes active part in various initiatives for promoting amendments into legislation in the field of public and charity organizations activities regulation; in elaborating, introducing, monitoring and evaluating state policy in the field of power and civil society coordination etc. CCC representatives are active participants of several advisory councils attached to central or local bodies of executive power, and local autonomous bodies.

• to enhance communities development

CCC pays much attention to territory communities and non-governmental unions of other kind at local level. In order to develop their potential, to protect their rights and legal interests, CCC introduces its own or partner projects; provides activists and personnel of local autonomous bodies with consultative and training assistance.

Through its own projects and programs CCC enhances the development of public activity, social mobilization, proper state management, democracy strengthening, and rule of law in territory communities of different regions throughout Ukraine.

• to enhance the development of charity in Ukraine

CCC enhances the development of responsible, transparent and accountable charity for prosperity of Ukraine. As a member of the Ukrainian Charity Forum, CCC shares the vision that different kinds of charity are necessary and socially important for the development of the Ukrainian society.

CCC bends every effort to form public mind of importance and opportunities of philanthropy in Ukraine; to popularize and develop different charity activities (community funds, corporative funds, private funds, corporative charity programs etc.). Besides, CCC takes part in elaboration and introduction of campaigns aimed at enhancing legal, tax and fiscal environment for philanthropy activities.

• promoting cooperation between civil society organizations at European level

CCC is eager to strengthen the voice of the Ukrainian CSOs in the European space of civil society, and to activate the participation of the Ukrainian non-governmental organizations in exercising European integration policy of Ukraine.
