• 18 September 2010 was conducted evaluation of project proposals according to requirements for competition “Changes implementation in communities on a base of public monitoring results and/or public expertise of local government work”. 26 project proposals were recommended to Independent Evaluation commission examination; 1 project proposal wasn't admitted to further consideration.
• 5 October 2010 was conducted Evaluation commission meeting for selection of project proposals for financing, applied for competition “Changes implementation in communities on a base of public monitoring results and/or public expertise of local government work”. After meeting 12 project proposals were recommended for financing and 14 project proposals wasn't recommended for financing.

November-December

• 13 November 2010 was conducted one-day seminar for organization-giantess of Capacity development of local NGOs in Ukraine Project.
