Evaluation of the Level of Users' Satisfaction with Services Quality which are Provided by Courts in Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

Objective: to evaluate quality of some court system aspects in Ivano-Frankivsk oblast Court of Appeal, Ivano-Frankivsk city court, Kolomiya city court; and to offer recommendations of how to increase quality of their work for customers.

Specific Objectives

  • To find out public opinion of Ivano-Frankivsk oblast Court of Appeal, Ivano-Frankivsk city court, Kolomiya city court activity via some of their performance aspects quality reflection by the following criteria: court services correspondence to actual and potential needs; services accordance/ receiving timeliness; availability and citizens awareness of'services proceeding and potentialities;
  • To define those aspects in court performance, which are critical as for quality and availability level;
  • To conduct summarizing analysis and to total the results received; to work out the appropriate recommendations for possible ways to increase court performance quality;
  • To introduce the research results to public.

Project Results:

  • Research program has been worked out;
  • At least 300 customers of Ivano-Frankivsk oblast Court of Appeal, Ivano-Frankivsk city court, and Kolomiya city court services have been questioned;
  • Summary report has been edited and published;
  • 1 regional conference has been conducted; the research results have been introduced to public;
  • Court performance quality increasing recommendations have been worked out and introduced to stakeholders.
