CCC Creative Center is one of a few Ukrainian organizations to provide grant programs administration services. Since 1996 till 2009 CCC has provided assistance to donor organizations of America and Europe in nine grant programs administration. 300 projects of civil society organizations of Ukraine have been financed within these programs.

While administrating grant programs, Creative Center builds a bridge between two shores: on the one hand these are structures that eager to influence civil society development in Ukraine by gratuitous finance assistance, and on the other hand these are civil society organizations themselves.
