Competition implements on a territory of 3 districts only. The districts were selected to participate in Project “Community planning”:

• Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, Odesa oblast;
• Dunayivtsi district, Khmelnytskyi oblast;
• Husiatyn district, Ternopil oblast.

Project goal: to support initiatives of territorial village communities, who privies organization of territory planning on a base of citizen's participation in this process and considering rules of social and private interests during territory planning process implementation.
