Project goal: to provide practical support of initiatives of civil society organizations oriented on   implementing changes in the community, the necessity of which identified by monitoring the results or the public examination of the local authorities in the following areas:

• Formation and local budget using;
• Provision of utility services;
• Youth policy development and implementation;
• Compliance of children rights;
• Promotion of gender equality;
• Social police development and implementation.
