Project Area: Ukraine.

Objective: to spread information in the field of democracy practice at national and local levels; to support NGO, which enhance pluralist democratic societies development; to introduce democracy practice and rule of law specific knowledge and skills to professional groups and associates. During 1996-1999 CCC assisted the European Commission Representation in Ukraine in administrating the TACIS Democratic Program of Micro Projects.
