Project objective: the promotion of transparency and accountability of the state executive authorities by means of developing and instituting a methodology of external evaluation of the executive authorities in the field of "public liaison"

UNDP Programme Title: Restoration of Governance and Reconciliation in Crisis-Affected Communities of Ukraine.

Overall project objective: improvement of quality and accessibility of social services for citizens in amalgamated territorial communities of Ukraine by capability enhancement of local government bodies and infrastructure development

The overall objective: to establish a mechanism and manage the process of allocation of small grants to local communities of Donetsk and Luhansk regions for business start-up, renewal or expansion.

Description of Project: the project is aimed at implementing analytical research on Decentralization and Public Administration reforms process in EaP, assessing the progress achieved in accordance with jointly agreed methodology and will include: (1) examining the recent development on a) Public Administration and b) local government/decentralization and territorial reform in each EaP, including interview with local/international experts; (2) analysing the place and role dedicated to Public administration reform and Local authorities in the EaP priorities and ENPI review; (3) indicating the main actors and stakeholders supporting public administration reform and decentralisation in EaP (donors and programmes); (4) elaborating recommendations to National and EU policy-makers based on the country needs

Description of Project: Project goals: (1) improving livelihoods of IDPs in relocated and home place by providing them employment and social services; and (2) enhancing opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship for local population in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The project activities included the following: (1) announcement of the Small Grants Programme; (2) organization of the applications evaluation process; (3) providing technical and programme administration of the Small Grants Programme.

Project objective: to assist in creating a system of effective interaction of Cherkasy oblast courts with the general public, most notably, civil society organizations and local mass media, to promote pertinent standards of such interaction taking into consideration the adherence to the principle of independence and impartiality of the court.

The project goal is to create proper and high quality educational conditions in the village of Stasi by equipping the local grammar school and kindergarten with energy-saving windows and modern learning devices.

Project objective: help improve courts’ performance in Odesa oblast taking into consideration public expectations and opinion of court visitors by conducting a survey with the help of the citizen report cards (CRC) methodology.

Project objective: promote the implementation and providing of the rights of citizens to access public information in small towns of Ukraine
