The team of CCC trainers was created in 1993 and is constantly expanding by involving new highly qualified people. These people are not only trainers-theoreticians, they are people with own practical experience for almost every one of them works in and governs own public organization in the certain region of Ukraine. And it is this practical experience that they try to share with others.
